The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 336(STA) "An Act relating to electronic voting procedures for electric and telephone cooperatives; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 336(STA) pass the House?" Representative Harris placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
